Dr Sandra Charles-Holmes has been seeing patients at the Park Practice since September 2000. She is a practising dermatologist who works part-time in a District General Hospital.
During her medical practice, she became aware that a proportion of her patients with emotional, mental and physical problems did not have these addresed in routine dermatological care.

A fellow dermatologist introduced her to the Bach Flower Remedies to help patient's mental and emotional problems.
LFHom (Med) - Licentiate Fellow of the Faculty of
Homoeopathy (Medical)
BFRP - Bach
Foundation Registered
Practitioner

Encouraged by success in treating friends and family she felt that a more formal training would be beneficial. Since March 2002, Dr Charles-Holmes has been on the International Register of Practitioners with the Edward Bach Foundation.
Dr Charles-Holmes also trained in the Bowen technique. She was introduced to this in 1998 and was greatly impressed by the effect of the treatment not only on the presenting complaint but also on other unrelated symptoms. She feels that this is a particularly useful, pracical and gentle hands-on technique, which can be of help in acute situations where traditional medicine has little to offer and also in many
subacute and chronic conditions.
Dr Charles-Holmes obtained the Primary Health
Care Certificate to practice Homoeopathy in May
2001
